我国具有丰富的天然药物资源,藏药是其中之一。藏药有着悠久的历史,深厚的文化底蕴和独特的疗效,但是目前的开发利用并不多。而在当前全球重视天然药物的大背景下,藏药潜在的应用前景正在受到越来越多的关注,正在成为医药研究的领域的热点之一。
藏药甘青青兰为唇形科青兰属植物甘青青兰(唐古特青兰)Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim.的干燥地上部分,具有清热祛湿,疏风解表,舒肝和胃,清肝热、胃热、止血、愈疮、燥黄水的功能,临床主要用于头晕、肝炎、胃炎、肝热病、胃热病、黄水病、便血、关节炎、痈疮等疾病的治疗。现代药理研究表明,甘青青兰具有抗氧化,抗肝炎等药理作用,但是对甘青青兰化学成分的报道较少。为了探寻藏药甘青青兰的药效物质基础,寻找新的活性成分并进一步合理开发利用藏药甘青青兰及为其药材质量标准的制定提供科学依据,本课题以藏药甘青青兰为研究对象,对其乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行了系统研究。
本文对采用系统溶剂法和柱色谱法对甘青青兰乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行了研究,同时运用熔点测定、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等方法进行结构鉴定。本课题从甘青青兰乙酸乙酯部位分离并鉴定了4个化合物,它们分别为:乌发醇(uvaol),白桦脂醇(betullin),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid),熊果酸(ursolic acid)。并且运用薄层色谱法在甘青青兰中分离鉴别齐墩果酸和熊果酸。
本课题为最终揭示藏药甘青青兰的药效物质基础,建立药材质量的科学评价方法,实现药材可持续开发利用及藏药的新药开发提供了科学依据。

has rich resources in natural medicine, Tibetan medicine is one of them. Tibetan medicine has a long history, profound culture and unique effect, but not much current development and utilization. In the current global emphasis on the context of natural medicines, Tibetan medicine potential applications are being more and more attention, medical research is becoming one of the hot areas.
Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim. , a well-known Tibetan medicine, belongs to the genus Dracocephalum in family Labiatae. Local people use it to cure various disorders such as clearing and removing dampness, disperse wind relieving, soothing liver and stomach, Liver heat, stomach heat, stop bleeding, the more sore, dry yellow water features. The main clinical use dizziness, hepatitis, gastritis, liver fever, stomach heat disease, yellow water disease, blood in the stool, arthritis, sores and other diseases carbuncle. Modern pharmacological studies show that Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim. have antioxidant, anti-hepatitis and other pharmacological effects, but its chemical composition, in particular, reports of anti-hepatitis fewer active ingredients. This thesis research on the Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim. of the ethyl acetate extract of the chemical composition of the separation, after repeated silica gel column chromatography, isolated from Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim. four compounds, using physical and chemical properties and modern spectroscopic techniques (1H-NMR, 13C -NMR) and other methods identified four compounds were: uvaol,betulin,oleanolic and ursolie acid. And use an in situ pretreatment-TLCS for separateation and determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid.
This research for the final reveals the efficacy of Tibetan medicine Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim. material basis for the establishment of a scientific evaluation of quality ingredients to achieve sustainable development and utilization of medicinal and Tibetan medicine to provide a scientific basis for new medicine development.
