作为电子商务的重要支撑,快递物流业在过去十年间得到了充分的发展,为人们的生活带去了极大的便利。然而,在快递数量激增的同时,我国因快递包装所带来的环境污染和资源浪费问题也日趋严重。尽管政府和社会采取了一系列措施鼓励企业和消费者积极推行绿色包装,但是实际成效并不理想。于是,一些管理者和学者便将目光投入到了快递包装的循环使用上,利用逆向物流的管理思维,对快递包装进行回收处理,以期实现低碳环保和节约资源的目的。
本文通过总结逆向物流以及废弃包装回收方面的研究,结合我国的实际情况,提出了以驿站为主体的快递包装逆向物流回收模式,并分析了该模式与其他回收模式的区别。在驿站快递包装逆向物流回收模式的基础上,本文从消费者回收行为的视角出发,使用扎根理论通过三级编码分析得出了驿站快递包装逆向物流回收服务质量的四个维度——服务效益、服务便捷、服务体验、服务管理,并将其与计划行为理论结合提出研究假设,进而形成消费者回收意向初始结构方程模型。在此基础上,设计调查问卷开展实地调查,利用获取的数据,通过SPSS和AMOS软件对初始结构方程模型进行实证检验,以明确个体行为因素与驿站快递包装回收服务质量因素对消费者回收意向的影响及其作用路径。结果表明,个体行为因素中的回收态度、知觉行为控制、主观规范对回收意向均有显著的正向直接影响作用,并且影响系数依次递减;服务质量因素方面,服务便捷和服务体验不仅会对回收意向有显著的的正向直接影响作用,还会通过回收态度对回收意向产生中介影响作用,而服务管理和服务效益则只会通过回收态度对回收意向产生完全中介影响作用,结果分析中还分别指出了各因素的作用效应大小。最后,依据分析结果提出了促进消费者参与和优化驿站回收服务相关的回收体系完善建议。
论文将理论方法和实证研究相结合,探寻了驿站模式下的消费者快递包装回收意向的影响因素,为逆向物流行为研究提供了新的方法和思路,也为该逆向物流回收模式的推广提供了分析方法和实证依据。

外文摘要:

As an important support of e-commerce, the express logistics industry has been fully developed in the past decade, bringing great convenience to people's lives. However, with the surge in the number of express delivery, the problem of environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by express packaging in China is becoming more and more serious. Although the government and society have taken a series of measures to encourage enterprises and consumers to actively promote green packaging, the actual results are not ideal. Therefore, some managers and scholars will focus on the recycling of express packaging, using the management thinking of reverse logistics to recycle express packaging, in order to achieve low carbon environmental protection and resource conservation.
By summarizing the research on reverse logistics and waste packaging recycling, combined with the actual situation of our country, this paper puts forward the post-station-based express packaging reverse logistics recycling mode, and analyzes the difference between this mode and other modes. On the basis of the reverse logistics recycling mode of Post Express packaging, from the perspective of consumer recycling behavior, using the grounded theory and three-level coding analysis, this paper obtains the four dimensions of Post Express packaging reverse logistics recycling service quality - service benefit, service convenience, service experience and service management, and puts forward the research hypothesis by combining it with the planned behavior theory, then the initial structural equation model of consumer recycling intention is formed. On this basis, the questionnaire is designed to carry out field investigation. Using the obtained data, the initial structural equation model is empirically tested by SPSS and Amos software, so as to clarify the impact of individual behavior factors and post express packaging recycling service quality factors on consumers' recycling intention and its action path. The results show that the recycling attitude, perceived behavior control and subjective norms in individual behavior factors have a significant positive direct impact on the recycling intention, and the influence coefficient decreases in turn; In terms of service quality factors, service convenience and service experience will not only have a significant positive direct impact on recycling intention, but also have an intermediary impact on recycling intention through recycling attitude, while service management and service efficiency will only have a complete intermediary impact on recycling intention through recycling attitude, The effect of each factor was also pointed out in the result analysis. Finally, according to the analysis results, some suggestions on improving the recycling system related to promoting consumer participation and optimizing the post station recycling service are put forward.
Combining theoretical methods with empirical research, this paper explores the influencing factors of consumers' express packaging recycling intention under the post station mode, provides new methods and ideas for the research of reverse logistics behavior, and also provides analytical methods and empirical basis for the promotion of the reverse logistics recycling mode.
