随着我国经济的飞速发展,部分地区盲目的开发与建设造成了环境的破坏和污染。环境的质量好坏与人类的生存和生活环境质量息息相关。环境监测是各级环境管理部门的工作重点,其中包括对工业污染源的监控和对大气、地表水、酸雨、噪声、辐射等环境质量的监测。以往的监测监理手段主要采用人工方式,无法满足环境管理数字化、网络化的要求。当前在线监测仪器仪表广泛应用于环保领域,环境数据日益庞大,远程实时监控的意义更加突出。因此建立新型的环境数据通信网络已势在必行。 |

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the blind development and construction in some areas have caused serious environmental damage and pollution. But the human survival and quality of life are closely related with the quality of the environment. Online environment monitoring is important work for department,include monitoring pollution、atmosphere、surface water、acid rain、yawa and adiation. Before monitoring measures were mostly used by manual , do not satisfy need of digital and net. Currently instrument of online environment monitoring are applied abroad in field of protecting environment, datas are great and meaning of real time monitoring are important. So environment data traffics were imperative under the situation. |
