作为企业的管理者应该经常地思考下列三个关键战略问题:1.企业现在处于什么位置?2.如果企业不改变,1年、5年或者10年后企业将处于什么位置?这个结果可以接受吗?3.如果不能接受上述的结果,企业管理层应该采取哪些特别的措施?由此会带来哪些风险和回报?所以企业能否建立和保持长期的竞争优势,关键在于能否制定一个适合自身实力和环境要求的竞争战略。江苏某交通科学研究院作为一个具有三十年发展历史的科技型企业,从交通部门脱离而完全走向市场的过程中,更加需要用战略管理的理论和方法研究发展战略。
本文以江苏某交通科学研究院的设计市场为研究对象,运用战略管理理论,分析和研究了该研究院的竞争战略。针对企业存在的问题,本文对企业的外部环境和内部环境进行了详细的分析。根据SWOT法的分析,提出了江苏某交通科学研究院在设计市场的战略目标,制定了其在设计市场的竞争战略和对策,并对战略方案进行了评价。按照竞争战略方案的总体布局,制定了该院的组织结构、人力资源管理、信息资源管理、营销策略、科技发展等方面的改革创新措施,以期对江苏某交通科学研究院在设计市场的发展提供有价值的参考。
外文摘要:
Being a manager of enterprise, who must frequently think three questions: (1) what position is enterprise located now? (2) what position will be enterprise located after one year, five years or ten years? Should this result be accepted? (3) If this result could not be accepted, which step should manager of enterprise adopt ? The key of an enterprise to establish and keep a long-term competition advantage is to establish a competition strategy to meet with the request of the real strength and environment. Being a technology type enterprise with thirty years developed, Jiangsu Traffic Academy of Sciences (JTAS) faces with a problem to get away from the traffic department and go into the market completely . It needs to apply the theories and the methods of enterprise strategic management on the research of the competition strategy of JTAS.
   The study objection of this thesis is the design market of JTAS, using strategic management theory , the method combine quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis shall be adopted to determine strategy of designing market for JTAS. This thesis analysis the external environment and interior  environment of JTAS in detail.  According to the analysis of SWOT, we advance the strategic goals of the designing market establish the competition strategy and countermeasure, evaluate the strategic project, in term of the distribution of strategic project, we establish the innovative measures about organization, human resource management, information resource management, marking management ,science and technology development. We hope it will be a worthwhile reference to the developing of JTAS designing market.
