目前,我国正在大力建设客运专线和既有线的改造,在设计施工中首先考虑的、最重要的是保证列车行车的安全,其次要注意提高列车运行的效率。闭塞分区的设计的目的就是在保证列车安全的前提下,尽可能大的提高列车的效率。由于闭塞分区的设计涉及以线路条件、机车、车辆及列车编组等特性数据为基础的列车牵引计算;速度等级的划分;闭塞分区长度的确定;区间通过信号机的布置等内容,计算工作量十分繁重,非常容易出错,因此,开发一套自动闭塞分区设计集成软件,能够完成上述相关工作,使工程人员减少工作量,提高工作效率,是很有现实意义的。
本文通过研究列车牵引计算理论、区间追踪间隔模型、站场追踪间隔模型、列车速度等级划分、软件工程等相关知识,进行了闭塞分区设计的需求分析及功能,并设计完成全部软件功能。本软件分为数据管理子系统、显示子系统、区间划分子系统,实现了现场数据的智能化处理;自动绘制各种列车速度-距离曲线,时间-距离曲线,区间图;闭塞分区长度的确定及信号机的布置和位置的调整。
最后,对全文的研究工作进行了总结,并展望了自动闭塞分区设计中进一步还要研究的课题。
外文摘要:

At present, China is in the construction of the passenger special line and the reconstruction of the existing line. In the project design and construction, the   first consideration and the most important thing is to guarantee the safety of train operation; Secondly, the improvement of the efficiency of the train operation should pay more attention. Under the safety of train operation,   improving the efficiency of the train operation as much as possible, that’s the purpose of block section design. Due to the design of the block section involves the train traction calculation which based on the data of motorcycles, cars and train formation characteristics; speed level partition; the length of block partition, the arrangement of the signal machines in an interval. The computing workload is too heavy to cause errors. So, it is a realistic meaning to develop a set of automatic block partition design integrated software which can finish the related work to reduce the workload and improve work efficiency for engineers.
This paper studied the train traction calculation theory,  the model of section tracking interval and station tracking interval, train speed levels, software engineering and related knowledge, carried out the analysis of design requirements and function for block partition, and completed all software functions. This software can be divided into data management subsystem, display subsystem, interval partition subsystem. It deals with actual data by intelligence, draws speed-distance curves of trains, time- distance curves of trains and the sections automatically, partitions the block section and layouts the position of the signal.
Finally, the paper gives a conclusion of the research work in the paper and prospects further research work in automatic block range partition.
