施工升降机是建筑施工中不可缺少的垂直运输机械,然而目前国内普遍生产电机—机械传动式施工升降机,由于其控制方式是通过接触器控制来实现,其自动化控制水平较低,在施工运行过程中,存在大量问题,而且速度单一、启制动冲击大、乘员感觉不适等缺点,不能满足中高层、超高层建筑项目的施工要求。因此研究施工升降机的控制系统是一个很有意义的工作,不但提高工作效率,消除安全隐患,还能产生更大的经济效益。
而液压升降机运行速度快,可实现无级调速,起动、制动平稳,因此本文以液压施工升降机为背景,对其控制系统进行了设计。在全面了解施工升降机基本工作原理的基础之上,设计了30层的液压驱动型施工升降机控制系统。该系统主要由两部分组成:主控制系统和显示监控系统。主控制系统和显示监控系统采用串行通信的方式完成施工升降机控制的全过程。
主控系统采用FX2N48MR-001PLC为控制核心,结合模拟量输出模块FX2N-2DA,并设计了施工升降的理想速度曲线。PLC系统完成了所有I/O信号和上位机串口通信信号的接收,根据其内部设计程序进行集中运算处理,实现了对液压施工升降机的控制系统的逻辑信号及速度控制。另外,还根据控制系统要求,设计了控制系统主回路、安全运行电路、电液比例控制回路等。
显示监控系统选用的是触摸屏PWS1711-STN可编程控制终端,采用其带的人机交互界面编辑软件HITECH_ADP,设计友好的选层参数的输入和运行状态监控界面。实现了施工升降机运行过程的良好人性化。
通过对本施工升降机控制系统的设计,可大大提高施工升降机控制系统自动化控制水平。PLC和触摸屏的优势互补,提高控制系统的可操作性及安全性。

The construction hoist is an inevitable tool for up and down transportation. But until now, the most used construction hoists are those of motor-mechanical transmission inland. The controlling unit of such kind of mechanical-electronic hoist is via contacting device, thus it's automation is not high, and it exists lots of unsafe troubles in the process of working. Furthermore, the traditional controlling way contains the disadvantage of the single speed controlling, great shock while start and stop, uncomfortable feeling for passengers. Because of these, the traditional controlling way for hoist couldn't meet the demand of tall building construction. So, research on the controlling way of construction hoist is meaningful. It can not only improve the constructing efficiency, but also eliminate the unsafe trouble and bring more economic benefits.
The speed of hydraulic construction hoist is high and stepless. The start and break of this kind of hoist is very smooth. Based on the hydraulic construction hoist, this paper designs its controlling system via PLC. On the basis of well known all aspects of the construction hoist, I designs the controlling system for thirty floors hydraulic construction hoist. The system includes two main parts: the main controlling system and the display system. The communication method between the two parts is through series transmission. The controlling of construction hoist is by these two systems' corporate.
The core of the main controlling system is the FX2N48MR-001PLC. With the analogue output module FX2N-2DA, this paper figures out the ideal working speed curves. The PLC system completes the entire I/O signals and communicates with the upper device. The PLC processes the concentrated data according to its inner programs, and carries out the controlling of hydraulic construction hoist. Meanwhile, this paper designs the main circuits, safety working circuit and the electronic-hydraulic proportional controlling circuit of the controlling system.
The selected type of the display supervision is the touch-screen PWS1711-STN programmable controlling terminal. With its GUI software HITECH_ADP, this thesis designs friendly interface to complete the working condition and input the floor selecting number. By the display controlling system, we achieve the well humanness on the controlling of the construction hoist.
The design of this controlling system greatly improves level of the construction hoist automation. The PLC and touch-screen work together to raise the maneuverability and safety of the controlling system.
