自高层建筑蓬勃发展以来,现代高层建筑结构由于功能上要求大空间,往往需要采用转换层结构。在目前工程界所研究的转换形式中,转换桁架具有受力明确,结构自重和抗侧刚度比转换梁小、传力途径清楚的特点,有利于通风采光和大型管道等设备系统的布置,可以充分利用转换层的建筑空间,在建筑上可以获得优异的建筑艺术效果和建筑功能,因而在高层建筑结构设计中屡次出现然而,在实际工程中,钢桁架式转换层由于构造和施工复杂,应用不是很多,做的实验和研究也不够深入,尤其是地震作用下的分析远没有普通高层建筑结构成熟,而现行规范对此类的抗震设计也具有一定的局限性。

为此,本文在国内外学者分析研究的基础上,进一步研究了地震作用下带钢桁架转换层的高层建筑结构的力学性能、和弹性地震反应。

首先本文介绍了钢桁架转换层建筑结构的一些基本概念和设计原则,然后分析了单层和迭层钢桁架转换层的受力性能;

其次介绍了带转换层建筑结构弹性动力分析的一般理论方法,以一个实际工程为背景,采用SAP2000有限元软件,建立原结构的三维有限元分析模型,通过反应谱和时程分析,研究了设置钢桁架转换层建筑结构的动力特性和在地震作用下结构侧向变形和总剪力等性能,分析其多遇地震作用下的地震反应;

接着对不同设置高度的钢桁架转换层动力特性和抗震性能进行分析,对比不同设置高度的钢桁架转换层结构的周期和振型、结构位移、层间位移和层间位移角、结构的剪力和层间剪力等方面的性能差异进行了研究。

Since the flourishing development of the high-rise building, as modern high-rise building on the functional requirements of large space often need a conversion structure. In the current study of the conversion form by the engineering sector, truss transfer story have a clear stress, the structural forces and lateral rigidity of the truss transfer story is smaller than the beam transfer story, truss transfer story is conducive to lighting and ventilation equipment, and other major pipeline system layout, could take full advantage of the conversion of the building space and achieve outstanding artistic effect and construction features in the construction of the buliding.

Therefore, on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars, this article did further rsearch of the mechanical properties and elastic earthquake response of the high-rise buliding with truss transfer story under earthquake.

First of all, this paper has introduced the basic concepts and design principles of steel truss transfer story building structure, then the mechanical properties of single layer and overlap layer has been analysed;

Secondly, this paper has introduced the general theory of the elastic dynamic analysis of the buliding structure with transfer story, in the background of a practical project, used the finite element software-SAP2000, established the three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the original structure, through the response spectrum analysis and the time-procedure analysis, researched the dynamic characteristics of the buliding structure with transfer story, and its lateral deformation and total shear such as performance under the earthquake, analysed its earthquake response under the multi-earthquake;

Then analysed the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of the buliding structure with transfer story. The differences of the cycle and vibration mode, the displacement and layer drift and inter-layer drift angle, the shear and layer shear and other aspects of the performance of the steel truss transfer story structure of different altitude are compared.
