钢管混凝土结构能够充分发挥组合材料在技术和经济上的优越性,体现了现阶段工程材料的发展方向,是一种极具发展潜力和应用价值的组合结构。梁柱节点是结构中的关键部位,也是施工难点,合理地设计节点对结构的安全和整个工程的造价具有重要的理论意义与工程实际价值。因此,获得完整、准确的节点性能信息,对于正确进行框架分析,保证结构体系的安全可靠具有重要的意义。
一直以来,随着钢管混凝土结构的广泛应用,国内外研究人员对钢管混凝土柱的外加强环式节点进行了大量的研究。虽然目前外加强环式节点的理论公式已相对成熟,但这些公式都是在研究时所定的标准构造条件下所得出的。而在实际工程中,节点的构造根据不同的情况往往是不规则的,对于这方面的研究还不够深入。
针对这一情况本文引用呼和浩特火车东站工程主结构局部位置梁柱节点的原始模型,根据研究需要选取了节点外加强环板部分进行研究,运用大型通用有限元程序ANSYS进行模拟,采用SHELL188单元模拟环板,考虑了材料非线性的影响,得出了当节点处两梁交角为0°、15°、30°、45°、60°、75°和90°时,节点环板在受双向线荷载和位移作用的复杂受力状况下的等效应力值,分析了角度变化对环板应力分布的影响,总结出了相应的规律,为以后该种节点的设计提供了有用的基本信息,对相应的工程实际有一定的借鉴作用。
外文摘要:
Concrete-filled steel tubular structure has given full play to the advantages of the two materials both technologically and financially, boasting great application value and showing the developing orientation of the engineering material technology. As is well-accepted, the key part and main difficulty of this composite structure is the joint. The reasonable design of the joint is of great value in theoretical and engineering application for sake of structure safety and project cost. Therefore, obtaining complete and accurate information of the joints performance is significant for frame analysis and structure reliability.
Although theoretical formulas of joint of circular steel tube with outer annular-stiffener, which have been derived from the researches conducted by both domestic and overseas scientists, are mature under the standard conditions at present time, the joints in realistic program are always irregular. Researches on this issue are not sufficient.
Therefore, this essay takes the main joint of structure of Hohhot East Railway Station’ as an example, using the joints in key position of the main structure as the original model. The general software-ANSYS has been used to simulate the original model, while SHELL188 for analysis. When the intersection angle is 0°, 15°,30°,45°,60°,75°and90°, the stress value on the annular plane which bears double-direction pressure and displacement on lines is obtained respectively. Based on those data, the effect of the angles variation on the stress distribution of the annular plane is analyzed in this essay, leading to the generalization of concerning rules. In conclusion, this theory may provide useful information for the design of the joints in the future.
